Interested in SB 74 on the proposed GO Bond. It seems like a proposal to leverage federal funding by borrowing from our future (instead of just regularly funding a capital budget annually if we want to improve infrastructure.) I'm concerned given the state's credit rating and financial position whether borrowing money is a good idea.
